  • adds a CI
  • adds check and clippy rules to Makefile
  • adds content to README and make Clippy happy
  • rename the two workspace crates: dragoonfri-proc-macros and dragoonfri-test-utils
  • complete the TOMLs for dragoonfri-proc-macros and dragoonfri-test-utils
  • fix the rest of the code
